Job Title: Cleaning Workers

Salary: 550-650 euros

Work schedule:

• 8 hours/day (40 hours/week);
• Overtime work is possible – optional.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize: Floors, windows, restrooms, surfaces, and trash disposal.
• Maintain cleaning equipment: Care for tools and report malfunctions.
• Deep cleaning: Periodic tasks like carpet cleaning and wall washing.
• Health and safety: Use chemicals safely, follow PPE guidelines.
• Outdoor cleanliness: Sweep entryways, parking lots, and remove debris.
• Report issues: Notify management of damage or maintenance needs.
• Adhere to schedules: Complete daily, weekly, or monthly tasks.

Requirements:

• Physical stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks and lift items.
• Attention to detail: Thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
• Time management: Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
• Cleaning knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning methods and products.
• Safety awareness: Understand safe chemical handling and procedures.
• Communication: Report issues clearly to supervisors.
• Experience (optional): Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Background check: Trustworthy and reliable for access to private areas.

• snacks provided by the employer.

Contract duration: 

• 1 year.

Additional information:

• It is mandatory to inform candidates that they have to go to WORK , otherwise, the employer will cancel the documents and file a complaint against them with the Immigration Police (SIS). It is possible to change jobs, but at least after 2 months ( you can negotiate with the employer over time)

• Before arriving in Albania, you MUST inform the employer about the date of arrival, because the employer must once again inform the immigration service that his employee will arrive on such and such a date. The employer will also meet the candidates , IF the candidates leave and do not inform the employer about the date of arrival, the immigration service will not let them in and, moreover, they will be deported for 3 years!

• The employer will provide an employment contract, which we will send to the candidates, they must sign it, scan it and send it to us.
