Job Title: Hotel service staff

Salary: 550-650 euros

Work schedule:

• 8 hours/day (40 hours/week);
• Overtime work is possible – optional.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in guests: Welcome guests and assist with registration and room assignments.
• Provide room services: Deliver items like towels, toiletries, and food orders to guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness: Ensure public areas and guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Handle guest requests: Address guest needs, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist with check-out: Process check-outs, handle payments, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support hotel operations: Assist in managing hotel amenities, such as restaurants or event spaces.

Requirements:

• Communication skills: Clear and polite verbal interaction with guests and colleagues.
• Customer service: Ability to address guest needs and concerns with a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail: Ensure rooms and services meet hotel standards.
• Teamwork: Work effectively with other staff members in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina: Ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, or lifting for long periods.
• Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a busy setting.

Work clothing:

•  provided by the employer.

 Accommodation: 

•  provided by the employer – free of charge. 

Meals: 

• snacks provided by the employer

Contract duration:

• 1 year.

Additional information:

• It is mandatory to inform candidates that they have to go to WORK , otherwise, the employer will cancel the documents and file a complaint against them with the Immigration Police (SIS). It is possible to change jobs, but at least after 2 months ( you can negotiate with the employer over time)

• Before arriving in Albania, you MUST inform the employer about the date of arrival, because the employer must once again inform the immigration service that his employee will arrive on such and such a date. The employer will also meet the candidates , IF the candidates leave and do not inform the employer about the date of arrival, the immigration service will not let them in and, moreover, they will be deported for 3 years!

• The employer will provide an employment contract, which we will send to the candidates, they must sign it, scan it and send it to us.
