Job Title: Sewing workers

Salary: 550-650 euros

Work schedule:

• 8 hours/day (40 hours/week);
• Overtime work is possible – optional.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sewing machines: Stitch fabrics according to patterns or specifications.
• Fabric handling: Cut, measure, and align materials before sewing.
• Quality control: Inspect finished products for defects and make adjustments.
• Maintain equipment: Clean, repair, and perform basic maintenance on sewing machines.
• Meet production targets: Complete sewing tasks efficiently and on schedule.

Requirements:

• Manual dexterity: Ability to handle small tools and operate machines.
• Attention to detail: Ensure precision in stitching and fabric alignment.
• Experience: Prior experience in sewing or garment production (preferred).
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks.
• Basic math skills: To measure and cut fabrics accurately.

Work clothing:

• provided by the employer.

 Accommodation: 

• provided by the employer – free of charge. 

Meals: 

•  snacks provided by the employer.

Contract duration:

• 1 year.

Additional information:

• It is mandatory to inform candidates that they have to go to WORK , otherwise, the employer will cancel the documents and file a complaint against them with the Immigration Police (SIS). It is possible to change jobs, but at least after 2 months ( you can negotiate with the employer over time)
• Before arriving in Albania, you MUST inform the employer about the date of arrival, because the employer must once again inform the immigration service that his employee will arrive on such and such a date. The employer will also meet the candidates , IF the candidates leave and do not inform the employer about the date of arrival, the immigration service will not let them in and, moreover, they will be deported for 3 years!
• The employer will provide an employment contract, which we will send to the candidates, they must sign it, scan it and send it to us.
