- Plan, prepare, and execute high-quality dishes in line with restaurant standards.
- Develop innovative menus and seasonal recipes to enhance customer experience.
- Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation before serving.
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively.
- Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain consistency and skill levels.
